Refund Policy

Last updated: June 5, 2026

We keep this simple. Our goal is to deliver a website you are genuinely happy with. If something goes wrong on our end, you should not be out of pocket. Here is exactly how refunds work.

If we fail to deliver

If 1DayWeb accepts your project, takes a deposit or payment, and then fails to deliver the agreed website within the agreed timeframe — for any reason on our side — you are entitled to a full refund of any amount paid. No questions asked, no deductions.

"Failure to deliver" means we did not hand over a working website that matches the agreed brief. It does not include delays caused by late feedback, missing assets, or scope changes requested by you after the build began.

After delivery — no refunds

Once we deliver the finished website and you have reviewed it, no refunds are issued. Website builds involve time, effort, and real work — we cannot reclaim that once it has been done.

However, if something is broken or not working as agreed, we fix it for free. Bug fixes are unlimited. Minor changes (under one hour of work) are also included at no extra charge. You will never be left with a broken site and no recourse.

What counts as a bug vs. a change

  • Bug — something is broken, not functioning, or does not match what was agreed in the brief. We fix these free, always.
  • Minor revision — a small tweak (copy change, colour adjustment, section reorder) that takes under an hour. Included.
  • Scope change — a new feature, new section, or significant redesign that was not in the original brief. Quoted separately.

If you are not sure which category your request falls into, just ask — we will tell you honestly before doing any work.
