Terms of Service
Last updated: June 5, 2026
These terms apply to every project booked through 1DayWeb. By engaging our services — whether by email, WhatsApp, or any other channel — you agree to these terms. Please read them before we start.
The service
1DayWeb builds production-ready websites, typically delivered within a single business day. The scope is agreed in writing before any work begins. Common deliverables include landing pages, marketing sites, and web applications built on modern tools (Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Supabase, Vercel, and others as appropriate).
Pricing & payment
Projects start at $50. The final price is confirmed in writing before we start building — no surprise invoices. Payment is due upon delivery of the finished site. Ownership of the source code and all deliverables transfers to you only after the invoice is paid in full.
We reserve the right to withhold handover of files, credentials, or deployment access until payment is received.
Your responsibilities
To keep to the one-day timeline, you agree to:
- Provide a clear brief before we begin — your copy, goals, and any brand assets
- Be reasonably available on the build day to answer questions via WhatsApp or email
- Review the walkthrough video and provide consolidated feedback within a reasonable time
- Not request mid-build scope changes that materially expand the original brief
Delays caused by late feedback or missing assets are not our responsibility and may push delivery to the next available day.
Revisions & bug fixes
We stand behind our work. After delivery:
- Bug fixes are unlimited — if something is broken or not working as agreed, we fix it at no charge
- Minor revisions — changes that take under one hour of work are included
- Larger changes — anything that materially expands the scope of the original build is quoted and charged separately
If you are unsure whether something counts as a bug or a revision, just ask — we will give you a straight answer.
Intellectual property
Once payment is received in full, you own everything we built for you — the source code, design, copy we wrote, and all associated files. You are free to modify, host, sell, or transfer the project as you see fit.
We retain the right to feature your project in our portfolio and publicly reference it as our work, unless you tell us otherwise. If you prefer your project stays private, just let us know.
What we are not responsible for
- Third-party service outages (Vercel, Supabase, Google, etc.)
- SEO rankings, conversion rates, or business results — we build the best possible foundation, but outcomes depend on many factors outside our control
- Issues introduced after handover by you or a third party
- Domain registration, DNS configuration, or third-party subscription fees
In no event will 1DayWeb be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is capped at the amount you paid for the project.
Confidentiality
We treat your project details, business information, and any materials you share with us as confidential. We will not share them with third parties outside of what is necessary to deliver the project (e.g. hosting infrastructure).
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you book a project is the one that applies to that project. We will not retroactively change terms on work already in progress.
